The Platform Covenant
Trotters provides the technology bridge; partners and riders agree to utilize this bridge with absolute integrity and professionalism.
The Financial Flow
Settlements are processed primarily through mobile money gateways (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa). All pricing is dynamic and reflects market equilibrium.
Behavioral Excellence
We maintain an 'Elite' standard. Any conduct that jeopardizes the safety or dignity of our community results in immediate portal suspension.
Sovereign Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
